1. A monetary fine of 5 000 (five thousand) Lari was imposed on the Microfinance organization for 5 (five) cases of failure to submit correct information to the National Bank of Georgia during inspection, which according to the article 2 paragraph 2, sub-paragraph "Q" of the Rules "On Determining the Penalty amount, Imposition and Enforcement of Fines to the Microfinance Organization and its Administrator" adopted on February 5, 2020 by the decree №16/04 of the President of the National Bank of Georgia envisages a fine with the amount of 1000 Lari on each case.  

2. A monetary fine of 9 000 (nine thousand) Lari has been imposed on the Microfinance organization for  9 (nine) cases of failure to report accurate information to the National Bank of Georgia under the provisions of the "Rules on the filing and submitting illicit income legalization and Terrorism Financing Risk Supervision Reports by Microfinance organization" adopted on May 31, 2016 by the decree № 61/04 of the President of the National Bank of Georgia, which under the Article 2, Paragraph 2, sub-paragraph "R" of the Rules "On Determining the Penalty Amount, Imposition and Enforcement of Fines to the Microfinance Organizations and Currency Exchange bureaus" approved by the Decree of the President of the National Bank of Georgia on 7th of February 2012 №25/04 envisages a fine of 1 000 ( thousand) Lari for each case of infringement. 

3. Organization and its administrator failed to comply with the obligations of internal control and monitoring for the purposes of facilitation of the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing. On this ground, as envisaged under the article 2, paragraph 2, sub-paragraph "Q" of the Rules "On Determining the Penalty Amount, Imposition and Enforcement of Fines to the Microfinance Organizations and Currency Exchange bureaus" approved by the Decree of the President of the National Bank of Georgia on 7th of February 2012 №25/04 a fine with the amount of 5 000 Lari was issued to the Microfinance Organization. 

In total, Microfinance Organization JSC “Credit service +” (Identification number 202950226) was fined with 19 000 (nineteen thousand ) lari.
