The National Bank of Georgia’s scientific-analytical journal Monetary Economics serves as an academic resource for individuals interested in monetary policy, the banking and broader financial sector, financial technologies, and the development of capital markets, including young scholars and researchers. The journal acts as a platform that fosters engaging and in-depth dialogue on these and related topics.

The National Bank’s first analytical journal, Banki (The Bank), was established 25 years ago. It was later followed by the publication Economy and Banking. From now on, the journal Monetary Economics will be published in both Georgian and English, in a new format.
