The monetary fine of 6 000 (six thousand) GEL was imposed on the Virtual Asset Service Provider „Cryptotech Solution ” LLC (I.N. 433109511). Specifically:
The Provider violated the requirements established by Article 35(1)(a) of the Law of Georgia on Facilitating the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing, as well as Article 3(9) of the Rule on Recording, Retention and Submission of Transaction Information by Accountable Persons to the Financial Monitoring Service of Georgia, approved by Order №. 1 of the Head of the Financial Monitoring Service of Georgia dated 5 June 2020. Pursuant to Subparagraph "m" of Paragraph 3 of Article 2 of the Rule on Determining, Imposing and Enforcing Administrative Fines against Virtual Asset Service Providers and Their Administrators, approved by Order No. 133/04 of the President of the National Bank of Georgia dated 29 May 2024, such a violation is subject to a fine of GEL 3,000 (three thousand) for each individual violation. The total Monetary Fine imposed amounted to GEL 6,000 (six thousand).
