During the inspection period, was found 3 (three) cases of incorrect submission of requested information/documentation by the microfinance organization to the National Bank of Georgia, which is a violation of the "Rule for determining, imposing and enforcing of the fine to the microfinance organizations and their administrators" adopted on February 5, 2020 by the order №16/04 of the President of the National Bank of Georgia No. - Pursuant to Article 3, Clause 3, Sub-Clause "P", it provides for a fine of 2,000 (two thousand) GEL for each violation. 6,000 (six thousand) GEL for 3 (three) cases of violation mentioned in this clause.

According to Article 6, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 'A' of the 'Rule on Record-keeping, Storage and Reporting of the Information on the Transaction by Obliged Entity to the Financial Monitoring Service of Georgia' approved by Order 1 of the Head of the Financial Monitoring Service of Georgia on June 5, 2020, there was 1 (one) fact where the microfinance organization submitted information regarding a monitored transaction (operation) to the Financial Monitoring Service of Georgia with a delay of more than 5 business days, which in accordance to Article 3, paragraph 4, subparagraph 'A.B' of the mentioned fine rule, considers the fine with 300 (three hundred) GEL for each case. In total, for 1 (one) fact of violation mentioned in this paragraph – 300 (three hundred) GEL.

2 (two) facts of not providing the information about the monitored transactions (operations) to the Financial Monitoring Service of Georgia, in accordance with Article 6, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 'B' of the 'Rule on Record-keeping, Storage and Reporting of the Information on the Transaction by Obliged Entity to the Financial Monitoring Service of Georgia' approved by Order No. 1 of the Head of the Financial Monitoring Service of Georgia dated June 5, 2020. Which according to the article 3, paragraph 3, subparagraph 'M' of the mentioned fine rule, considers the fine with 2,000 (two thousand) GEL on each case. In total, for 2 (two) case of violation mentioned in this paragraph - 4,000 (four thousand) GEL.

1 (one) case of failure to comply with the written requirements within the established timeframe, as issued following the inspection conducted on the basis of Decree №395-1k of the President of the National Bank of Georgia dated May 25, 2021. Pursuant to Article 3, Paragraph 2, Subparagraph ‘I’ of the Fine Rule, this entails a fine of GEL 7,000 (seven thousand) per violation. Total – GEL 7,000 (seven thousand);

LLC “MICROFINANCE ORGANIZATION PIAZZA CAPITAL” (identification number 445425763) was fined with total amount of 17,300 (Seventeen thousand three hundred) GEL.
