THE MONETARY FINE WAS IMPOSED ON LLC “MISO EXPRESS CAPITAL + (I/N: 445448150)” FOR:

1 (one) fact of failure of not following the recommendations issued as a consequence of the inspection conducted on the basis of the №163-1k decree of the President of the National Bank of Georgia dated on February 25, 2021, which according to the article 3, paragraph 3, subparagraph “i” of the “Rule for determining, imposing and enforcing of the fine to the microfinance organizations and their administrators” (hereafter referred to as "the rule") adopted on February 5, 2020 by the order №16/04 of the President of the National Bank of Georgia considers fining the microfinance organization with the amount of 7,000 (seven thousand) GEL on each case. In total, for 1 (one) case of violation mentioned in this paragraph - 7,000 (seven thousand) GEL.

4 (four) facts of not providing the information about the monitored operation/transaction to the Financial Monitoring Service of Georgia, which in accordance to Article 3, Paragraph 3, subparagraph "f" of the mentioned rule, considers the fine with 2,000 (two thousand) GEL for each violation fact. In sum, 8,000 (eight thousand) GEL for the 4 (four) violation cases mentioned in this paragraph.

Microfinance Organization “LLC MFO Express Capital +” (identification number 445448150) was fined with total amount of 15,000 (Fifteen Thousand) GEL.
