The investment fund assigned a risk level to a one client without taking into account the relevant risk factors defined by the legal act of the National Bank, which, in accordance with Subparagraph ‘v’ of Paragraph 3 of Article 2 of the “Rule on Determining, Imposing and Enforcing Monetary Fines for Violations of the Legislation of Georgia on Facilitating the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing by Investment Funds and Members of Their Governing Bodies,” approved by Order No. 70/04 of the President of the National Bank of Georgia dated June 29, 2022, provides for a fine in the amount of GEL 1,000 (one thousand) for each such person. Total: GEL 1,000 (one thousand).

A monetary fine in the total amount of GEL 1,000 (one thousand) was imposed on the investment fund LLC “Gazelle Finance Georgia” (Identification number: 404540001).
