During the inspection period, was found 2 (two) cases of incorrect submission of requested information/documentation by the microfinance organization to the National Bank of Georgia, which is a violation of the "Rule for determining, imposing and enforcing of the fine to the microfinance organizations and their administrators" adopted on February 5, 2020 by the order №16/04 of the President of the National Bank of Georgia No. - Pursuant to Article 3, Clause 3, Sub-Clause "P", it provides for a fine of 2,000 (two thousand) GEL for each violation. 4,000 (four thousand) GEL for 2 (two) cases of violation mentioned in this clause.
