According to Subparagraph "a", Paragraph 1, Article 6 of the "Rule on Record-keeping, Storage, and Reporting of Information on Transactions by the Obliged Entity to the Financial Monitoring Service of Georgia," approved by Order No. 1 of the Head of the Financial Monitoring Service of Georgia on June 5, 2020, 1 instance was identified in which the Microfinance Organization submitted information regarding a monitored transaction (operation) to the Financial Monitoring Service of Georgia with a delay of 5 or more business days, which in accordance with Subparagraph "a.b", Paragraph 4, Article 3 of the "Rule for Determining, Imposing, and Enforcing Fines on Microfinance Organizations and their Administrators" (hereinafter referred to as "the Fine Rule"), approved by Order No. 16/04 of the President of the National Bank of Georgia on February 5, 2020, provides for a fine of GEL 300 (three hundred) per violation. Total - GEL 300 (three hundred);
1 (one) case of incorrect submission of information/documentation to the National Bank of Georgia during the inspection period. Pursuant to Article 3, Paragraph 3, Subparagraph "p" of the Fine Rule, this entails a fine of  GEL 2,000 (two thousand) for each instance of violation. Total - GEL 2,000 (two thousand);
During the inspection of the Microfinance Organization, 2 (two) instances of submitting incorrect information to the National Bank were identified under the “Rule on Completing and Submitting the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Risk Supervision Report by Microfinance Organizations” approved by Order №62/04 of the President of the National Bank of Georgia on March 15, 2024. In accordance with Subparagraph "d", Paragraph 4, Article 3 of the Fine Rule, this entails a fine of GEL 1,000 (one thousand) for each violation, for a total of GEL 2,000 (two thousand).
Microfinance Organization LLC "MISO EXPRESS CAPITAL +" (Identification Number: 445448150) was fined in the amount of GEL 4,300 (four thousand three hundred).
