By the Decree of the Vice-Governor of the National Bank of Georgia, the registration of Soliground, Ltd, the payment service provider, was revoked and the company was placed under receivership.

In order to ascertain the liabilities of Soliground efficiently and in a timely manner, the creditors need to submit the following documents to the liquidator of the company:

For individuals:

1. Identity document;
2. Documentation confirming the existence of a claim against Soliground, Ltd.

For legal entities:

1. Extract from the Entrepreneurial Register on the registration of a legal entity;
2. Document certifying the authorized entity;
3. Documentation confirming the existence of a claim against Soliground, Ltd;

 

The above documents should be provided to the liquidator within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the official publication of this statement, to the Head Office of the National Bank of Georgia, at the following address: 2, Sanapiro st.  0114 Tbilisi, (Liquidator of Soliground, Ltd - Roin Tsatsiashvili, Tel.: 599 511 382, ​​E-mail: roin.tsatsiashvili@nbg.gov.ge). No creditor claims will be accepted unless the above requirement is met.
