On January 23, 2014, refinancing loans in the amount of GEL 480 000 000 were allotted at the 7-day, National Bank of Georgia Refinancing Loan Auction N 4.  The loans were allotted to two (2) commercial banks. The minimum interest rate was 3.77%, the maximum interest rate was 3.82%, and the average weighted interest rate was 3.81%.
