On September 26, 2013, refinancing loans in the amount of GEL 350 000 000 were allotted at the 7-day, National Bank of Georgia Refinancing Loan Auction N39. The loans were allotted to three (3) commercial banks. The minimum and the average weighted interest rate were 3.75%, the maximum interest rate was 3.77%.
