On November 7, 2013, refinancing loans in the amount of GEL 180 000 000 were allotted at the  7-day, National Bank of Georgia Refinancing Loan Auction N45. The loans were allotted to two (2 ) commercial banks. The minimum, maximum and average weighted interest rate was 3.75%.
