On April 2, 2009, refinancing loans in the amount of 55,000,000 GEL were allotted at the 6-day, National Bank of Georgia Refinancing Loan Auction #13.  Loans were allotted to five (5) commercial banks.  The minimum interest rate was 7.03%, the maximum interest rate was 8.00%, and the average weighted interest rate was 7.20%.
