On April 8, 2009, refinancing loans in the amount of 60 050 000 GEL were allotted at the 8-day, National Bank of Georgia Refinancing Loan Auction #14.  Loans were allotted to five (5) commercial banks.  The minimum interest rate was 6.80%, the maximum interest rate was 8.10%, and the average weighted interest rate was 7.28%.
