On April 16, 2009, refinancing loans in the amount of 43,050,000 GEL were allotted at the 7-day, National Bank of Georgia Refinancing Loan Auction #15.  Loans were allotted to four (4) commercial banks.  The minimum interest rate was 6.30%, the maximum interest rate was 7.90%, and the average weighted interest rate was 6.85%.
