On May 7, 2009, refinancing loans in the amount of 28,730,000 GEL were allotted at the 7-day, National Bank of Georgia Refinancing Loan Auction #19.  Loans were allotted to three (3) commercial banks.  The minimum interest rate was 6.30%, the maximum interest rate was 7.50%, and the average weighted interest rate was 6.78%.
