On September 23, 2010 Refinancing loans in the amount of GEL 220 500 000 were allotted at the 7-day, National Bank of Georgia Refinancing Loan Auction N38. Loans were allotted to four commercial banks. The minimum interest rate was 7.00%, the maximum interest rate was 7.06% and the average weighted interest rate was 7.01%.
