On June 9, 2011 Refinancing loans in the amount of GEL 130 000 000 were allotted at the 7-day, National Bank of Georgia Refinancing Loan Auction N23. Loans were allotted to five commercial banks. The minimum interest rate was 8.05%, the maximum interest rate was 8.31% and the average weighted interest rate was 8.20%.
