On November 17, 2011 Refinancing loans in the amount of GEL 200 000 000 were allotted at the 7-day, National Bank of Georgia Refinancing Loan Auction N46. Loans were allotted to four commercial banks. The minimum interest rate was 7.25%, the maximum interest rate was 7.31% and the average weighted interest rate was 7.26%.
