On April 24, 2013, CDs (Certificates of Deposit) at the nominal value of 50 000 000 GEL were sold at the 84-day, National Bank of Georgia Certificate of Deposit Auction N17. The securities were purchased by five (5) commercial banks. The minimum interest rate was 5.22%, the maximum interest rate was 5.45%, and the average weighted interest rate was 5.44%.
