On August 14, 2013, CDs (Certificates of Deposit) at the nominal value of 50 000 000 GEL were sold at the 91-day, National Bank of Georgia Certificate of Deposit Auction N33. The securities were purchased by seven(7) commercial banks. The minimum interest rate was 4.00%, the maximum interest rate was 4.23%, and the average weighted interest rate was 4.13%.
