On 23 October, 2013, CDs (Certificates of Deposit) at the nominal value of 50 000 000 GEL were sold at the 91-day, National Bank of Georgia Certificate of Deposit Auction N43. The securities were purchased by seven (7) commercial banks. The minimum interest rate was 3.77%, the maximum interest rate was 4.00%, and the average weighted interest rate was 3.84%.
