On November 19, 2009, CDs (Certificates of Deposit) at the nominal value of GEL 10 000 000 were sold at the 91-day, National Bank of Georgia Certificate of Deposit Auction #47.  The securities were purchased by five (5) commercial banks.  The minimum interest rate was 3.08%, the maximum interest rate was 3.27%, and the average weighted interest rate was 3.22%.
