On August 5, 2010, CDs (Certificates of Deposit) at the nominal value of GEL 12 288 000 were sold at the 91-day, National Bank of Georgia Certificate of Deposit Auction #31.  The securities were purchased by six (6) commercial banks.  The minimum interest rate was 8.00%, the maximum interest rate was 9.47%, and the average weighted interest rate was 8.94%.
