On   August 1, 2012, CDs (Certificates of Deposit) at the nominal value of 30 000 000 GEL were sold at the 84-day, National Bank of Georgia Certificate of Deposit Auction N31.  The securities were purchased by four (4) commercial banks.  The minimum interest rate was 6.04%, the maximum interest rate was 6.25%, and the average weighted interest rate was 6.20%.
