Natia Turnva, Acting Governor of the National Bank of Georgia, held a working meeting with Mel Carvill, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Bank of Georgia.

 

At the meeting, Natia Turnava spoke about the current economic situation in the country, financial stability and macroeconomic trends. The discussion also covered current issues at the Bank of Georgia and the supervisory policy of the NBG.

 

"We continue our series of meetings with the financial sector. It is important that the actions of the National Bank of Georgia impact the well-being of customers. We talked extensively with the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Bank of Georgia about the challenges in the financial sector and the bank's future plans," said Natia Turnava.
