On May 16 , 2012, GEL 20 000 000  2 year Treasury Notes of Ministry of Finance were sold at the Auction held at NBG.

Four commercial banks participated in the auction. The total demand amounted to GEL 20 000 000. Minimum yield was 6.900%, maximum yield was 6.990% and the weighted average yield was fixed at 6.945%.

The coupon rate was 7.4%. Coupons will be paid semiannually.
