KBA GIORI Sweden Company will Hold a Training-Seminar for Georgian Designers

Sergey Piven, the Regional Sales Director of the KBA GIORI Sweden Company, which produces high security printing machines, held a presentation of the Company’s products in the National Bank of Georgia. The Company rendered consultations to the Central Banks of Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Pakistan in designing of banknotes. It also takes part in developing a new conception of the Sweden National Currency banknotes. The presentation was attended by the Vice-president of the National Bank of Georgia Ekaterine Galdava and the representatives of the structural units of the National Bank of Georgia.
At the beginning of September of the current year the experts of the KBA GIORI Sweden Company will hold free training – seminar for banknote design experts in Georgia. The training – seminar will be held in the building of the National Bank of Georgia. The banknote designers as well as Georgian artists who are interested in this field can participate in the training-seminar.
According to the Vice-president of the National Bank of Georgia Ekaterine Galdava a new design of Lari banknotes will be made in compliance with the European Standards and the conception “Unified Money Family”. As for the training-seminar planned by the participation of the Sweden Company experts, Ekaterine Galdava noted that it would be important for Georgian designer-painters to share the experience of Swedish experts.
