FINEDU Offers Video Lessons on Financial Education
Finedu, the National Bank of Georgia's financial education platform (www.finedu.gov.ge), announced the release of a series of video lessons on current financial education topics. These videos aim to explain complex financial and economic concepts in simple, understandable language, aligning with the national curriculum. The lessons, averaging 10 minutes each, cover various topics, including:
The videos feature active teachers from Tbilisi and regions across Georgia. They are designed to assist teachers in effectively delivering financial education content and help students better understand the curriculum.

Notably, financial education has been part of the national curriculum since 2018, supported by the National Bank of Georgia and the Ministry of Education and Science. Efforts have included training 700 citizenship teachers (since 2019), creating practical teaching materials, and organizing the Financial education at school competition to make learning fun and engaging. The National Bank of Georgia plans to continue developing new projects in financial education.
