Sergiy Tigipko Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine  met the President of the National Bank of Georgia, Giorgi Kadagidze while visiting Georgia. The guest was introduced to new reforms implemented in the National bank of Georgia and new instruments offered to banking sector.

 „The Ukrainian Delegation has visited Georgia to examine the reforms that have recently been successfully undertaken in the country. The meeting has double importance for us, the National Bank, since Mr. Tigipko was formerly the president of the Central Bank of Ukraine.  Therefore, the meeting is so important for us,” – The president of National Bank of Georgia, Giorgi Kadagidze stated. 

 „I see we have much in common. Without having a functioning banking sector no successes in the economic sector can occur with foreign or internal capital. What’s more the establishing of capital market takes a lot of time. A lot depends on banking sector and we should be together in defining what can be done,” – Sergei Tigipko said.
