Assets of investment funds domiciled in Georgia exceed GEL 450 million
Georgia’s investment fund market continues to grow dynamically. Growth was particularly strong in 2025, when the total volume of assets under management increased 2.3 times compared to the previous year, reaching GEL 459 million.

As of 31 December 2025, 11 asset management companies and 21 investment funds were registered with the National Bank of Georgia.
Notably, the activities of investment funds and asset management companies in Georgia are regulated by the Law on Investment Funds and the regulatory framework developed by the National Bank on its basis. The new framework is grounded in relevant EU directives and the core principles of the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO).
