During an inspection period, on 3 (three) occasions, a microfinance organization submitted information/documentation to the National Bank of Georgia in violation of the requirements. In 1 (one) case, the information/documentation was submitted with delay, and in 2 (two) cases, it was submitted incorrectly. Pursuant to Article 3, Paragraph 3, Subparagraph "p" of the “Rule for Determining, Imposing and Enforcing Fines on Microfinance Organizations and Their Administrators” adopted on February 5, 2020 by Order No. 16/04 of the President of the National Bank of Georgia, a fine of GEL 2,000 (two thousand) shall be imposed on the microfinance organization for each violation. In total, the fine amounts to GEL 6,000 (six thousand).
„Microfinance Organization Central LLC“ (IDENTIFICATION NUMBER: 405121817) was fined in the amount of GEL 6,000 (six thousand).
