The National Bank of Georgia continues to work to raise the standard of consumer protection in the financial sector. The Bank has recently approved the Code of Ethics related to the debt collection by financial institutions and the revised Regulation on Protecting the Rights of Consumers (as services are rendered to them).  Natia Chkonia, Head of the Consumer Protection Division of the National Bank of Georgia was invited today to discuss the details of this topic on the GTTV Georgian Times  "Capital" talk show.
