Due to the violation of the licensing requirements established by the Georgian Legislation on Securities Market, by the decree of the Vice-President of the National Bank of Georgia, the National Registrar LLC will have its license revoked from December 21, 2021.Issuers whose securities register was maintained by the National Registrar LLC are obliged to select a new registrar and enter into an agreement with them no later than the date of termination of the previous contract and the National Registrar LLC is obliged to transmit the securities register and relevant documentation to the issuer or to a new registrar selected by the issuer. This process must be completed no later than December 20 of this year.
