The International Audit, Risk and Compliance User Group Conference 2021 was held in virtual format. Organized by the international company Ideagen, a provider of internal audit and risk management software, the conference aimed to discuss current challenges, innovations and future prospects in the field.

 

Giorgi Chipashvili, Chief Internal Auditor of the Internal Audit Office of the National Bank of Georgia, was invited as one of the speakers at the Ideagen conference, to share experience from the perspective of the successful user of internal audit and risk management software.

 

The representative of the Internal Audit Office was eager to share the experience of using the software with the conference participants. His presentation focused on the positive effects of the software implementation, and offered the vision for the desired changes and improvement potential that would result in maximized automation of audit, risk and incident management processes and eventually push further improvement of performance quality.
