Roman Gotsiridze will Hold a Business Meeting in the Kingdom of the Netherlands

The President of the National Bank of Georgia, Mr. Roman Gotsiridze, is going to the Kingdom of the Netherlands for a business visit.   The visit program provides for a meeting with the Management of the Central Bank of Netherlands. They will talk about cooperation of the banking systems of these two countries.   Meetings with the Managers of the Mint of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Netherlands Development Financial Company and banknote producing companies of Johan Enschede and Kusters are scheduled.   The issue of financial-technical and methodological assistance rendered by the Netherlands party for organization of a new cash center of the National Bank of Georgia in Tbilisi suburbs will be considered during the visit. The President of the National Bank of Georgia, Mr. Roman Gotsiridze, intends to consider the issue on allocating a possible grant for implementation of the project at the meeting with the Management of Netherlands Development Financial Company.    The National Bank of Georgia plans to install cash office and valuables custody in a specially equipped building in the outskirts in compliance with the recommendations of international experts, international practice and Tbilisi City development aspects. The new Cash Center will control all cash and safe operations regarding any activity concerning valuables in unified closed area according to the international standards.
