The President of the National Bank of Georgia, Roman Gotsiridze, received Namig Aliyev,  the Ambassador of Azerbaijan Republic to Georgia,.   During the meeting the issues of economic relations between Azerbaijan and Georgia and prospects for cooperation of these two countries in financial-banking sphere were discussed.   The Ambassador of Azerbaijan declared that he welcomes the issuance of  commemorative coin dedicated to the launch of Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline.   The President of the National Bank of Georgia will take part in the 8th Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB) on June 11 in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan. Within the framework of this visit Roman Gotsiridze will meet with Elman Rustamov, the Chairman of the Management Board of the National Bank of Azerbaijan.
