On August 2, 2012, refinancing loans in the amount of GEL 200,000,000 were allotted at the  7-day, National Bank of Georgia Refinancing Loan Auction N31.  The loans were allotted to five commercial banks. The minimum interest rate was 5.75%, the maximum interest rate was 5.82%, and the average weighted interest rate was 5.79%.
