On September  27, 2012, refinancing loans in the amount of GEL 400 000 000 were allotted at the  7-day, National Bank of Georgia Refinancing Loan Auction N39.  The loans were allotted to five (5) commercial banks.  The minimum interest rate was 5.75%, the maximum interest rate was 5.85%, and the average weighted interest rate was 5.79%.
