On December 6, 2012, refinancing loans in the amount of GEL 284 000 000 were allotted at the  7-day, National Bank of Georgia Refinancing Loan Auction N49.  The loans were allotted to five (5) commercial banks.  The minimum interest rate was 5.50%, the maximum interest rate was 5.60%, and the average weighted interest rate was 5.51%.
