On August 1, 2013, refinancing loans in the amount of GEL 235 000 000 were allotted at the 7-day, National Bank of Georgia Refinancing Loan Auction N31. The loans were allotted to two(2) commercial banks. The minimum interest rate was 4.00%, the maximum interest rate was 4.05%, and the average weighted interest rate was 4.00%.
