On October 31, 2013, refinancing loans in the amount of GEL 120  000 000 were allotted at the 7-day, National Bank of Georgia Refinancing Loan Auction N44. The loans were allotted to two (2) commercial banks. The minimum interest rate was 3.75%, the maximum interest rate was 3.77%, and the average weighted interest rate was 3.75%.
