On April 23, 2009, refinancing loans in the amount of 28,570,000 GEL were allotted at the 7-day, National Bank of Georgia Refinancing Loan Auction #16.  Loans were allotted to three (3) commercial banks.  The minimum interest rate was 6.20%, the maximum interest rate was 6.81%, and the average weighted interest rate was 6.63%.
