On June 4, 2009, refinancing loans in the amount of 13,400,000 GEL were allotted at the 7-day, National Bank of Georgia Refinancing Loan Auction #23. Loans were allotted to one (1) commercial bank.  The minimum and the maximum interest rates and the average weighted interest rate was 6.40%.
