On January 20, 2011 Refinancing loans in the amount of GEL 160 000 000 were allotted at the 7-day, National Bank of Georgia Refinancing Loan Auction N3. Loans were allotted to four commercial banks. The minimum interest rate was 7.60%, the maximum interest rate was 7.80% and the average weighted interest rate was 7.60%.
