On March 31, 2011 Refinancing loans in the amount of GEL 95 000 000 were allotted at the 7-day, National Bank of Georgia Refinancing Loan Auction N13. Loans were allotted to four commercial banks. The minimum interest rate was 8.12%, the maximum interest rate was 8.25% and the average weighted interest rate was 8.23%.
