On September 22, 2011 Refinancing loans in the amount of GEL 400 000 000 were allotted at the 7-day, National Bank of Georgia Refinancing Loan Auction N38. Loans were allotted to five commercial banks. The minimum interest rate was 7.50%, the maximum interest rate was 7.77% and the average weighted interest rate was 7.60%.
