On October 6, 2011 Refinancing loans in the amount of GEL 400 000 000 were allotted at the 7-day, National Bank of Georgia Refinancing Loan Auction N40. Loans were allotted to four commercial banks. The minimum interest rate was 7.57%, the maximum interest rate was 7.75% and the average weighted interest rate was 7.69%.
