On October 27, 2011 Refinancing loans in the amount of GEL 170 000 000 were allotted at the 7-day, National Bank of Georgia Refinancing Loan Auction N43. Loans were allotted to seven commercial banks. The minimum interest rate was 7.25%, the maximum interest rate was 7.40% and the average weighted interest rate was 7.28%.
