On April 30, 2009, CDs (Certificates of Deposit) at the nominal value of 25 000 000 GEL were sold at the 91-day, National Bank of Georgia Certificate of Deposit Auction #17.  The securities were purchased by one (1) commercial bank.  The minimum interest rate was 9.37%, the maximum interest rate was 9.67%, and the average weighted interest rate was 9.49%.
